Getting exciting!

My craft room is taking shape!! Even the kids have been helping! My husband has been working his socks off and between us ( and help from Friend Anne amd my MIL) I should be set to move in soon! loving my birdie wallpaper!!

I've been on hols and this is the page that went up on It's crafting time while I was away! one week early though as the theme was pink and black and I'd done "faces"! So there you go! the beautiful scrapcake products are here. I will be back later to tell you about my sore foot and hols! xx

An Ace card

A recent card I've made which turned out pretty ace! After all my birthday cards last week I got my final pressie which I was just waiting to put a last bit of money towards!! A Slice!!!! Joy!!!!!! I LOVE it! It's pink and clever and I WILL USE IT LOADS!! I also have arranged to visit Stitch (see previous post) to wish him luck and see him well and cared for. He has people interested in giving him a home so  I'm happy it's turned out so well. Finally- the craft room is happening again! I have four walls and have chosen a wallpaper, I also have bar stools to go with kitchen cabinets! It's all good here!!

A hopeful happy ending?

Look at this beautiful boy!! His name is Stitch and he is the stray a helped rescue back in April. i posted a b out it here.
I've been checking the RSPCA sight ever since in the hope of seeing him and tonight I found him!! I'm so happy as he had an awful wound and I worried he might not be ok. But he is and his details are here Could you be his next home? I wish I could but don't think homing him with my two and living near his old home would be possible.I so want a happy ending but this is a good start!!

I have no patience!

Well I think I can toot now!

Lookie!! I was lucky enough to be offered a DT spot with Crafting Time! You can find the blog here and the store here. I'm really excited and can't wait to start putting some stuff together for them! We've been having a break on IACW but keeping things ticking over with some vintage posts. the plan is to return to new posts in August after a breather but we'll be back with more variety and hopefully more inspiration! What with work and kids off, I'm going to be very busy!!

Mostly rain!

But not from Emma- just good old British summer! If you are visiting for the Olympics-do not expect a tan!! This is another new one. I'm loitering about scrap wise. Waiting for a new something to get stared and then I will be fully occupied again- and not with just work and homemaking! TFL xx

Last night

I was busy! As you can see here from the piccies, making a framed page for a close friend. Now that I'm working more in my "proper" job I seem to enjoying the personal side of crafting a lot more. Had fun doing this one- the pretty baby ones always appeal! Thanks for dropping by, xx.
